Half-hourly meter operation and data collection

Energy Services manages a dedicated nationwide metering technical team to ensure that our customers’ metering aspirations are managed by staff with the appropriate skills and experience.

Half hourly metering allows you to monitor and control your energy consumption and manage your carbon footprint. This advanced technology provides you with detailed feedback on your consumption patterns so you can monitor your energy usage, validate your bills and negotiate costs with your supplier. You can also nominate the meter operator, data collector and data aggregator of your choice.

Data direct

Half hourly data will be automatically emailed to you on a weekly or monthly basis. It is provided direct to yourself so there is no need for you to spend time downloading the information.

Non-half hourly data collection

We are one of the leading providers of data collection services within the UK, delivering 35 million meter readings per annum with a multi-skilled workforce available to meet individual contractual requirements. This service encompasses the routine collection of gas and dual fuel meter readings against required access rates.

Data aggregation and processing

We provide data aggregation and processing for over 5.5 million customers. Metering Services has developed effective processes to make it the leading industry performer for for data management and issue resolution.

Non-half hourly meter operations

We are able to offer a full range of meter operations services including installing and maintaining electricity meters for both domestic consumers and businesses. This service encompasses data management, meter provision, new meter installation and meter maintenance.

Meter refurbishment and repair

Metering Services operates a state-of-the-art meter station and we demonstrate our commitment to the environment by extending the life of our meters by repairing and recalibrating them. New meters are given Ofgem approval and leading edge technology is trialled and tested.
