Don Leiper is the Managing Director of Energy Services, which aims to help customers heat their homes, get connected to energy supplies and understand their energy use.

Don joined the energy industry with East Midlands Electricity in 1992 after previously qualifying as a chartered accountant and working for a London-based accountancy practice.

Having carried out a wide range of roles within E.ON including IT Director and Director of Metering, Don was appointed to his current position in July 2007.

Don is 43, married with two children and lives in Nottingham. He enjoys watching most sports and is a season ticket holder with the Nottingham Panthers ice hockey team.
