If you require a quotation for an unmetered supply please use the SL1 form to provide us with the details we need to produce quotations for you.

To complete your application you will need the following information:

• Site Plans   - Please ensure that you have marked on the exact locations of the items to be connected or disconnected.
• Copy of the street lighting design and Local Authority specification
• Other Energy Services Projects Numbers associated with this project – if applicable
• An Unmetered Supplies Certificate providing you with Supply Numbers (MPANs) which are used for energy charging. These MPANs must be quoted by you at the time of application

If you are a local authority or an agent acting on behalf of a local authority you will be issued with a master account on request,   this will enable you to place orders and report faults on line.
