What information do I need?
Plans
So that we can identify your property/development and give you an accurate quotation for the work, we'll need you to provide plans of the location including adjacent properties and streets and a site layout plan. For more information, see our Notes of Guidance on Submitting Plans.

Boundary Plan
Please provide a plan clearly showing the ownership and boundaries of your site. Where appropriate, we will design a cable route that is within the boundary of your land, avoiding the need for third party agreement. This can reduce legal costs and lead times required to complete the work. This information may be available from:
- the Land Registry
- your planning application
- your property deeds
- hand drawings on an existing plan.
Diversion required
Please provide details of any underground cables or overhead lines that need removing. If known the length of each cable to be diverted should be detailed.
Substation diversions
If a ground mounted substation is to be moved please provide the name and number of the substation which should be on the substation door, or the supporting pole.
