If your request is to move your service cable, meter or meter board to another location on your property, then you will need to complete a Service Alteration application form.

Estimate of charges

We will provide a quotation for the cost of diverting or re-locating Equipment and cables. Payment is normally requested in full before work is commenced. However, we will produce a final invoice upon completion of the works at actual ascertained costs. If the final costs are less than the original estimate, a refund will be provided.
