The Tour of Britain is a cycling event that returned to the British cycling calendar in 2004 after an absence of five years.
We’re in our third year as Official Partner of The Tour of Britain. After a fantastic race in 2007, where British riders took three stage wins, the 2008 Tour of Britain is another day longer and will visit a total of 15 cities.
We talk to Olympic Gold-Medalist, Geraint Thomas from the Barloworld team on what he hopes to achieve in front of a home crowd.
Ian Jackson from E.ON, a self confessed cycling fanatic, talks to us about the race. We also speak to Amy Wright, E.ON Sponsorship Executive, on the sponsorship itself.

We talked to Jag Kahlon from the E.ON PR team about the Watt Watchers nationwide competition which challenges Brits to take a greener attitude towards the energy they use.
