The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is now complete and are available on our website under "Planning documents".

The EIA comprises a series of technical investigations including:

• Landscape and visual
• Ecology and ornithology
• Noise - contour noise models predict that the impact from operations noise for the proposed layout is likely to be minimal
• Cultural heritage and archaeology
• Ground conditions
• Water Environment
• Traffic and transportation
• Radio communications, aviation, television and other infrastructure.
