The guaranteed standards are standards of service backed by a guarantee and are set out in the Electricity (Standards or Performance) Regulations 2005 (as amended).

The licensed Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) in England, Wales and Scotland hold regional licences for the provision of electricity distribution services in specific areas. Together, these DNOs have produced a document detailing the Standards of performance and including recent performance against the standards. This document is called the Notice of rights and is available below.
