Meter Point Administration Services
The Meter Point Administration Service (MPAS) provides information regarding electricity supply to properties in our area. Information can be given to customers, suppliers and agents acting on behalf of customers such as Consultants, with permission from the customer.
Customer enquiries
Customers who are unsure of who their electricity supplier is can contact us on 0845 6030618 or through our online form using the link on the right-hand side.
MPAS can provide the following information
- Which electricity company is registered to supply a property and the dates that they have supplied from
- Supply numbers for reference (these are 13 digits long)
- Supply numbers to change suppliers (these are 21 digits long and will be sent out by post).
Supplier enquiries
All suppliers now have access to the Electricity Central Online Enquiry Service which allows them to check which supplier is registered to a property. There is a link to the site above.
