Graham joined the company in 1999 in a newly-created position reporting to the Executive Director - UK Operations, to develop and lead the finance and planning organisation and administration functions. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2004.

In July 2007 Graham was appointed Managing Director of E.ON Energy, E.ON UK's Retail business.

Prior to joining the company, Graham was the Finance Director of Transco where he developed and led the finance organisation. He has worked for companies as diverse as British Gas, Cable & Wireless, BT and Kentucky Fried Chicken GB Ltd.

Graham is married with four children and is a keen rugby fan.
