Fiona joined the company in 1989 and having carried out a number of roles in the Legal Team was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in July 2002 after completion of the E.ON takeover.   Fiona is now also acting Director of the newly established Corporate Affairs business.

She has a law degree from the University of Birmingham and before joining the company worked in private practice in Birmingham

Fiona is Chairman of the Company’s Diversity Leadership Group, is the company-appointed deputy chairman of our pension scheme, and our representative on Business in the Community.

She is married, lives in Stratford-upon-Avon and enjoys skiing and bridge.
