"Around 1,800 of our managers saw our Changing Energy strategy come to life at our Changing Energy in Action day."
We take every opportunity to listen to employees’ views, as well as providing them with the information they need to do their jobs. We achieve this through the variety of effective internal communication channels that have been set up, including team briefs, focus groups and our Employee Opinion Survey.
We held Our Changing Energy in Action Day in September at the NEC in Birmingham for around 1,800 managers from across E.ON UK. Its aim was to inform and involve our managers in our Changing Energy plans - from smart meters that can be read remotely, to our latest electric vehicles; from state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology to our FA Cup sponsorship; managers were able to see for themselves how everything fits into the bigger picture of our Changing Energy strategy.
