Managers
400 managers have attended our Health and Safety training programme
We've introduced health and safety as a key module in our wider first line manager development programme.
This is a one-day course that has been running since August 2007 and, already, over 400 managers have attended. New starters will be automatically included.
The content covers a range of generic health and safety issues, including the recognition and management of hazards, understanding of performance and targets, effective safety monitoring and investigating accidents or incidents.
