Our flexible benefits scheme, 'My Choice', was extended to include more of our managers and professional employees in 2007, allowing them to choose from benefit options to suit their requirements. The Scheme will be extended much more widely across our company to include approximately 12,500 employees from April 2008. The scheme includes benefits supporting our low carbon agenda, such as carbon offsetting and a cycle-to-work initiative.

We also introduced 'My Lifestyle Discounts', our voluntary benefits scheme, during 2007, enabling employees and their families to access discounted products from around 150 of the UK's leading high street retailers, and leisure and service providers to suit their lifestyle.

In addition, recognising that people now take increasing responsibility for their own financial affairs, together with the introduction of our more flexible benefits packages, we're working with the Financial Services Authority to provide employees with financial education seminars during early 2008.
