We operate a range of policies, which provide common standards for the way we do business and support operational excellence.
Like every successful business, we have in place common working standards and practices designed to help people understand our vision, values and behaviours so that all employees understanding what's expected of them.
Amongst other things, our key people policies cover health and safety, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and selection, and whistle blowing.
Health and safety is of paramount importance, and the relevant policy provides the framework for driving improvements in performance. Additionally, our Board is also fully committed to promoting a policy of diversity and inclusion and ensuring that our company is managed in a way that is consistent with achieving this vision. This commitment is also reflected in our recruitment and selection policy.
We also operate a whistle-blowing policy, which enables any employee to report suspected wrongdoing within the company on a confidential basis. The policy is sponsored and monitored by our General Counsel.
Through these policies we promote a culture in which our employees know what is expected of them and know what to expect from E.ON in return.
