The business is designed to help customers become energy fit by encouraging them to insulate their homes, moderate their energy usage and even to generate their own power through microgeneration systems such as ground source heat pumps and solar panels for both homes and businesses.

Our Generation business is involved in every link of the energy chain, producing electricity from a portfolio of world-class power stations and researching new technologies to meet the needs of our customer base.

In the UK E.ON Climate and Renewables focus is on wind, both onshore and offshore, dedicated biomass and marine. We have 19 operational onshore and two offshore wind farms.

In establishing E.ON Gas Storage UK Ltd (EGS UK), a new UK subsidiary, E.ON has recognised that gas storage facilities will become increasingly important way to secure the gas supplies for our UK customers.

E.ON Ruhrgas UK North Sea Limited is an upstream oil and gas company with its head office in London and offices in Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth.

E.ON Engineering is the ‘Technology Centre’ of the E.ON Group, providing highly innovative efficiency and future-proofing solutions for electricity and gas-sector plant and equipment.

E.ON IT UK is part of the E.ON IT Group which provides IT Services to the whole of E.ON within Europe.

Business Services and UK Centre provide key services for the whole of E.ON UK, delivering cost effective processes and vital functional support.
