Our call centre at Leicester has 650 staff and operates 24 hours a day. It contains 366 desks and covers approximately one hectare. The facilities at the office complex achieved certification to ISO 14001 in July 2001. The centre is currently undertaking many environmental initiatives, mostly concerned with raising awareness, and minimising / recycling waste.

Energy use on the site during 2001 was 1,760,822kWh.
