Our Corporate Social Responsibility Report for 2004 covers our performance in the areas of Marketplace, Workplace, Environment and Community, as well as looking forwards and reporting on the targets we have set ourselves for the future.

The topics on which we report are based, in part, on feedback from the stakeholder engagement work we commissioned in 2004, along with an internal assessment of the key issues facing our business. We welcome all feedback both on our report and on our approach to being a responsible business.

There is insufficient space in the report to include all our performance data. For this reason, we include here copies of our complete environmental data for all sites in 2004, and also here our environmental data trend spreadsheet, including some data from as far back as 1990.
