The Employee Deal

We are introducing the Employee Deal, a new concept that is central to the way we manage the relationship between E.ON UK and its employees. Designed to foster a high-performance culture, its goal is to help each one of us to achieve our potential by giving us more control of our life at work. The Deal has four areas - Wellbeing, Reward, Career and Learning and Development. At its heart is the idea that each employee is their own 'brand'. 'Brand Myself' is a concept that helps employees to manage and market themselves as individuals understanding their own values, strengths and development needs.
