Brian is Chief Financial Officer of E.ON UK, appointed in March 2008. He leads the financial community within the business.

Brian joined E.ON's predecessor, Powergen, in 1995. He has performed a number of financial roles in various businesses including Gas, Trading and Energy Wholesale. He has worked extensively in various corporate functions including reporting, accounting, planning and Internal Audit, and has been actively involved in acquisition and integration of businesses into the E.ON Group.

He graduated from Loughborough University in Economics in 1990. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1993.

Brian is married, with one child. Brian is a keen sportsman, having competed in athletics, triathlon and cycling. He currently focuses on cycling, competing in races both in the UK and overseas. He travels to work on his bike as often as he can.
