Team Challenges are a great way to volunteer and in 2006, almost 1,200 E.ON UK employees from across the country took part.

Employees not only work with one of our community partners but also get to develop their team working outside their normal working environment - getting to know their team better outside of work.

Through teamwork, we can make a big difference to the community either by improving the environment or by educating local young people.

Team challenges are available with a wide range of organisations and can involve anything from working outdoors in woodland or the grounds of a country park with the National Trust to working with a local community group.
