Our sponsorship of The Football Association’s Schools Development Programme gives us a great opportunity to play a central role in local communities and inspire young people through football with a range of innovative schemes.

The FA’s Young Leadership programme seeks to train young people aged between 16 and 18 to fulfill their potential. They are taught about different areas of football, which will encourage them to become long-term supporters of, and volunteers within, the game.

An annual camp is hosted for hundreds of these Young Leaders, and four of them are chosen to accompany The FA to Africa to as part of The FA’s International Development Programme.

We also help The FA to provide an educational resource for teachers in 18,000 Primary Schools to deliver interactive lessons based on the history and excitement of The FA Cup.
