E.ON has worked with national charity Age Concern, now Age UK since 1990 to give a helping hand just where it's needed.

Inspired by our objectives around energy efficiency and the charity's aim to increase the health, comfort and financial security of vulnerable older people, a program called EnergyRight was developed in 2007 in partnership with Age UK.

The scheme has reached over 42,000 people with the aim of improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty and changing the energy use behaviour of older people. In 2010 we worked with 25 local Age UK's reaching over 14,000 people with face to face energy advice to those who need it most.

EnergyRight was awarded a 2008, 2009 and 2010   Big Tick by Business in the Community.
