Assessment Centre
What we are looking for
If you meet acceptable scoring levels at your testing session you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.
You will be invited to one of the assessment dates we have scheduled between Monday 23rd March and Wednesday 22nd April.
The Assessment Centre will involve an interview and practical exercises. All equipment and instructions will be provided for all practical exercises.
Some key points for your interview:
- If you turn up to your interview on time and looking smart you'll leave a good impression, it demonstrates your commitment and that you're serious about joining us.
- Read up on us, try to find out as much as you can about our services, products, markets and trends. Showing us you have done your research is the best way of telling us you're interested and enthusiastic.
- It's also a good idea to remember what you put in your application, as we will use it to find out more about you. Don't worry, we're not trying to catch you out, it simply serves as a good starting point for many of our questions.
- The interview is just as much a chance for you to find out about us as it is for us to meet you. If you have any questions, your interview is the best time to ask them and it helps us find out where your interests lie.
- Prepare for the interview by having a good think about the kind of questions you'll be asked and how you might answer them. You'll probably be asked why you would like to become an E.ON Apprentice, how you’d do the job and we'll also look to find out about your past achievements.
- Finally, relax, and be yourself. If you have been invited to an interview it means we are interested in who you are, so let your personality shine through.
