The whole apprenticeship programme can take up to four years to complete. During the first two years our Engineering Academy will provide you with college based training where you will develop the broader principles and practices of engineering. The second two years will focus on practical skills where you will be exposed to the business first hand and gain invaluable experience from our highly qualified engineers.
