Selection process
We're opening our doors to the hottest talent in town. We'll be singling out the brains and brilliance that'll make our business shine. And you'll soon be on your way to a rewarding career.
Online application
Start the ball rolling by selecting one of our programmes. The online application will put the spotlight firmly on you. We'll want to find out how you work within a team, why your customers will think you're great and how you'll take that extra step.
Online ability tests
We'll personally review every single application. If we like what we see, we'll send you a link to two ability tests – one for numeracy and the other for verbal reasoning. Each test should take about 20 minutes. Take the online practise ability test.
Interview
OK so you've impressed us in the ability tests. We'll need you to come and see us at our offices so we can get to know you better. For those of you applying for the corporate management scheme, we'll interview you over the phone.
Selection event
Well done if you've made it this far. Get ready to be put through your paces at our assessment centre. We want you to get a feel for what life is like with us.

Feedback
We'll tell you if you're successful within a week of the selection event. We're sorry if you didn't make it through. But it's only fair that you know why so we'll give you all the feedback you need.
