You'll be involved with real projects right from the start. Building your skills and expertise in a 1,000-strong team of IT professionals.
Take the lead
In your first year you'll find out exactly what it's like to support IT systems in the UK's largest integrated energy company.
We'll get you on four placements – and you'll help us improve the way we do business. Like developing our IS strategy for different areas of the company – or helping our customer services teams work even better.
Then we'll give you your very own project. In six months you'll lead a project to help shape our business.
You'll put your project management skills and technical knowledge to the test. Whether you're managing the development of a new system or helping us improve how we communicate with our people out on site.
We'll design your training to make sure you get the most out of your placements. We'll also support you to get the best industry qualifications - like ITIL and Prince2.
And because we want you to achieve your ideal future in IT, we'll help you create your very own personal development plan.

What we need from you
You'll have 2:1 or a 2:2 degree in an IT related subject.
Or a 2:1 or 2:2 degree in a business-related subject - as long as you can show us you're passionate about IT.
