We'll give you the skills and experience for a great career in HR.

By the end of the scheme, you'll be ready to become a generalist or specialist HR professional. You could end up directly partnering managers and employees within a Business Unit. Or leading our Learning & Development or Talent Management team.

We'll support and coach you to achieve your goals. We work in partnership with the UK Business Units and wider E.ON Market Units. So you'll get experience across the business as part of a team of more than 16,000 HR professionals.

We've just started this scheme – so you'll be joining us at an exciting time.

Work with us

You'll get involved with HR activities across the business on four placements. With each lasting four or five months, you'll get a real insight into how we work in:

  • UK HR Strategy (plus supporting our international activities)
  • Operational delivery
  • Business Unit strategy and support
  • Project management

You'll have the support of a network of HR professionals as you work towards CIPD professional status.

What's next?

You'll finish the scheme with the expertise needed for a specialist role in UK HR. Or you'll be ready to take on an HR advisor role in one of our Business Units.

What we need from you

You'll have a 2:1 degree or higher. You degree should be in HR. But we're interested in hearing from you if you've got a 2:1 degree or higher in another subject – and can show a passion for the subject.
