Application stages – getting started
If you'd like to become one of our Home Energy Consultants, we'll invite you to participate in our selection process. You'll start with a phone interview that will help us get to know you and help you understand the skills we're looking for.

The second stage
If you breeze through your phone interview, we'll invite you to a selection event. Here, you'll take part in a role play and find out what it's like working at E.ON. You needn't worry or prepare anything. In fact, most participants enjoy this part the most. We'll also invite you to take part in a short interview at the event.
Team Manager - the extra step
Well done if you impressed us at the selection event. For the final part of the application process we'll ask you to complete a short presentation to find out if you've got what it takes to become a first class team manager.
