We've joined up with other institutions in the UK, such as Aston University and Walsall College to help build qualifications to meet the industry's needs. That means your work will always be rewarded.

Bob Taylor, Board Member for Energy Generation at E.ON UK said: "Unless we can somehow bridge the skills gap, we simply won't have enough engineers to refurbish and provide new connections to our power network or to build the next generation of power stations."
